Often when writing feedback to a company, the fear is that it falls into a void. Yet there are occasionally times where the message is heard, and received with refreshing feedback.
I’ve mentioned Flix Brewhouse in a previous post, and shared how they provided accommodations that I have not seen in other theaters ( http://www.stayingfrosty.net/WP/wordpress/dinner-and-a-movie ).
Recently, I emailed Flix to share that while most of their auditoriums feature the accessible tables, two of the auditoriums do not. I shared how this presents an insurmountable challenge to me, when trying to dine during a movie, and was met by a pleasant surprise from the VP of Stores for Flix:
While it may take a short while to address this situation, it is pleasantly refreshing to have such a supportive and welcoming reception of feedback.
