A belated Thanksgiving greeting, and hope everyone had a wonderful holiday. Mine was spent at my parents, spending time with my family. My nieces are now teenagers, and my nephew is now 3 months. My sister started college this fall, and I’m left to wonder where the time has gone?
I’d like to take this time to give a heartfelt thanks to the caregivers, medical staff, and healthcare professionals out there helping those of us who require a little extra assistance with our daily cares. Your efforts mean so much to us, and though this means time away from your families, I want you to know that your efforts are greatly appreciated and never forgotten.
I’d like to extend another thanks to the supportive friends and family members who take time out of their lives to help when we need cares off of the schedule, and often off the books. In fact, my trip to my parents would not have been possible without the aid of my wonderful brother and sister in law, who drove me up. Likewise, the aid my brother and my parents gave this weekend to make sure all of my needs were covered. Family and friends mean so much, and every bit of support you provide, whether through physical aid or otherwise, means so much.
I hope that everyone reading this got to spend some time with friends or family this Thanksgiving weekend, and hope you had a wonderful weekend.
Truly grateful,
Joe Frost
